Confusing winch controls result in a line break on rig move

An experienced rig up driver was asked to drive a similar (but different) truck than what he was used to. The winch controls on the new truck worked in the opposite direction from his old truck, so when he went to release the winch line, it instead tightened, breaking the line at the OSH knot.
