Oil Pipeline Tubing Failure
Unknown Co. - August 7, 2008Oil Pipeline Tubing Failure. The Atlantis Facility had an incident occur when the stainless steel tubing attached to the Oil Pipeline Pump case vent fractured and parted, resulting in the loss of containment of approximately 193 bbls of treated crude oil.
