Guidance on Developing an Effective Safety Training Program

This guidance document is designed to assist a company or an individual assigned health and safety responsibility within a company in developing and implementing an effective Health and Safety Training Program. An effective training program not only complies with OSHA training requirements, but it is also effective in training workers to recognize occupational hazards and how these hazards will be controlled by the company to prevent occupational illnesses and injuries.
