Oilfield Gin Pole Truck Guidelines. These voluntary guidelines contain recommendations from the IADC Rig Moving Committee and are established to give the drilling contractor and rig moving companies a basis on which to build and operate a Gin Pole Truck Guidance Program. Although these guidelines are voluntary consideration should be given to developing a in house program to meet the recommendations of these guidelines by April 1 2012.
